What a great list! I saw that chocolate cake post as well and am looking forward to trying it. I’ve made avo-based muffins, chocolate pate, and ice cream before (all delicious!) so this one sounds just as good (though I’ll have to do something about that sugar!). Wish I were closer to Vancouver so I could take those classes!
