Coconut Sugar Lemonade

This crowd-pleasing summer drink tastes like a combination of iced tea and lemonade with a hint of caramel. The magical ingredient is Palm Sugar, made from the flower nectar of coconut palms.

COCONUT SUGAR LEMONADE

3/4 – 1 cup Palm Sugar
2 freshly squeezed lemons
5 cups water
1 cup blueberries

In a pitcher, add water, palm sugar and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir. Then add cup of blueberries.

Let chill in fridge or serve right away on ice.

A beautiful recipe… i love the almost tropical flavour of palm sugar and with the bluberries… devine!!
