I love pasta with avocados & tomatoes (in olive oil & garlic).
The Raw Chocolate Avocado Pudding I made last week was amazing.
The Garden Falafel Pita at Nuba comes filled with falafels, hummus & slices of avocado.
When going out for sushi, I order…avocado rolls! My favourite places for avocado rolls in Vancouver are Tsunami Sushi & Downtown Sushi.
At West Valley Market, I discovered this German Farmers Multigrain Bread that has the taste of rye sourdough. I toast the bread & cover it with mashed avocado & sliced tomatoes (with a sprinkle of salt & olive oil). It’s the most delicious sandwich.
Adding avocados/guacamole to burritos, fajitas, quesadillas & veggie burgers is a must!
Mmmm…Warm Avocado Spring Rolls.
For my next avocado experiment, I would like to try avocados on the BBQ, drizzled with olive oil, lemon & salt…
