My dear friend called me yesterday to ask if I’ve tried fried spaghetti. I was speechless. Pasta is one of my favourite foods and I had not tried this. I usually add a lot of vegetables to my pasta, but this dish is great just on its own. I was saying “mmmm” as I was munching it all up.
Next Day Fried Spaghetti
- Pasta sauce
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Red pepper flakes
Make up a batch of spaghetti (with pasta sauce) and refrigerate your leftovers.
The next day, heat a cast iron skillet, add a splash of olive oil and throw in spaghetti. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes. Heat & serve!
