
My dear friend called me yesterday to ask if I’ve tried fried spaghetti. I was speechless. Pasta is one of my great loves of life, and I had not tried this!!!!!! So, after already eating pasta for lunch, I quickly ran to the kitchen to make more spaghetti. I usually add a lot of vegetables to my pasta but this dish is classic just on its own. I don’t eat fried foods often so this will be a special dish to enjoy on occasion. It is truly sensational. I was saying “mmmm” as I was munching it all up.
Next Day Fried Spaghetti
- Spaghetti/linguini
- Pasta sauce (I used Marinelli Tomato & Basil Jar Sauce.)
- Olive oil
- Chili pepper seasoning (if you’re feeling spicy)
Make up a batch of spaghetti (with pasta sauce) and refrigerate your leftovers.
The next day, heat a cast iron skillet, add a splash of olive oil and throw in spaghetti. Sprinkle with chili peppers. Heat & serve!
