Snack Time: Raw Chocolate Coconut Butter

Oh my goodness, Cacao Bliss – Raw Chocolate Coconut Butter is amazing!!

I kept eyeing Cacao Bliss in the grocery store (at $12 for an 8 oz. jar) and finally decided to give it a try. I picked up some organic strawberries that I thought would go nicely with it as well. Cacao Bliss by Artisana contains organic raw coconut butter, organic coconut oil, organic agave syrup, organic cacao and organic cacao butter. The smell is divine. (Sometimes I just open the jar to smell it!) Next, I think I’ll add a spoonful to homemade ice cream.

This is magical, chocolatey coconut vegan goodness.

Oh my…this looks addicting. I think I’ll pick this up on my next trip to the store!

Wow, that is deliciousness in one jar! We don’t have that kind of already made super yummy goodness around here yet, but I can make it myself and keep it in fridge
(I’m not sure why the one in the picture lists coconut butter and coconut oil as two different ingredients… the coconut oil/butter I’ve been buying is labelled as coconut oil only, which turns into butter when refrigerated, but maybe Artisana makes both butter and oil).

Alice — Yes! Artisana does make a Coconut Oil and Coconut Butter. . . I took a peek at the bottle of the Coconut Butter, and it’s the coconut flesh pureed into a spread.

Thanks for checking that out Jennifer, I guess that the coconut butter is more like coconut cream then.
Anyhow, I like coconut in any form

I’ve been eyeing this too, for months! Thanks for the recommendation; it’s what I needed to finally give it a try!
