IMPORTANT UPDATE – DECEMBER 2010
Loving Hut Vancouver is closed due to fire and smoke damage from neighbouring restaurants.
I am very happy to introduce you all to my newest sponsor, Loving Hut Green Cuisine in Vancouver! You can have a peek at my first visit by clicking here.
I stopped by for lunch and ordered the Loving Hut Nachos and a piece of Ganache for dessert. Loving Hut uses my favourite vegan cheese, Daiya! The desserts are from OrganicLives…and are RAWMAZING! At the table next to me, I could overhear two ladies commenting on their meal. In between bites of the Nature’s Wrap she said, “I could become a vegetarian if I had someone making this for me every day.” Yes! Yes! Yes! I started to tear up but was able to regain my composure and finish my delicious plate of nachos.

Loving Hut Nachos (covered in Daiya Vegan Cheese with all the fixings)

I enjoyed them. Evidently.

Ganache (Oh my goodness, CHOCOLATE BLISS) for dessert
It’s such a beautiful thing to have a place that serves super affordable, yummy food that is all vegan. Stop by and show them some love!!

Isn’t it great when you have a place closeby where you can eat all this delicious food? I am being spoilt for the next month at 105 degrees here in OKC. Maybe one day I will get to Vancouver

I’ve been meaning to get over there for a few weeks now. This location’s so different from the others I have been to in the US ans China. Other Loving Huts serve westernized Chinese food, but this one on Cambie is quite a departure from that. It’s really interesting how they’ve changed the menu.
And I am always on the lookout for some good nachos

William — It’s the most delicious chocolate treat!
Robyn — Raw foods school sounds like so much fun! Looking forward to checking out the yummy things you’ll be making.
Nicole — Yes! You must try the nachos. I wish I could do a tour (and sampling) of all the locations. I noticed that they’ve introduced wonton soup and gyoza to the Vancouver menu as well!

Jay — Excellent. I can’t promise Daiya at the London location though!

Loving Hut sounds like a great new restaurant. I haven’t been to Vancouver in awhile. When I finally make it over there for a visit, I’ll have to make an effort to stop by.
