SNACK OF THE WEEK: VEGGIE & BASIL-GARLIC HUMMUS WRAP
- Whole wheat tortilla
- half tomato, chopped
- 1/3 cucumber, cubed
- 2 tablespoons Habibi’s Basil-Garlic Hummus or you can make your own
- handful of baby spinach leaves
I’ve been really enjoying this quick and yummy veggie wrap! I like to warm the tortilla (open-faced with the chopped tomatoes and spinach on top) directly on the oven rack for a couple of minutes at 350 degrees before adding the basil-garlic hummus and cucumber. Then wrap it up!
