Kamut udon noodles with asparagus, zucchini, celery, and mushrooms ~ drizzled with organic soy sauce & sesame oil
If you haven’t tried kamut udon noodles yet, I highly recommend them! They are perfect for noodle stir-fry/salad dishes. The brand I’ve been using is called SOBAYA.

Udon noodles are a favorite in our house and this looks like a fresh, easy way to prepare them.

I love these noodles too! We do Asian night and have noodle bowls and the kids dont’t even notice the healthier noodles! Hope you are well-yeah summer is here!

I used some kamut udon noodles which were good and I loved that they were made with kamut but theyre expensive so I wont get them often.

This is weird. I saw this post and thought it looked good. A few weeks later, I bought the exact same noodles after carefully deliberating over the many choices I had at the asian market. then I come back to your blog and wow, this must have been subliminal… Didn’t remember!
