Casual. Ethereal. Excellent.
GRUB on Main Street in Vancouver features a vegetarian and vegan dinner option daily, as well as a vegan dessert. I recommend this restaurant for date nights, out-of-town guests and dinner with friends. With its creatively divine dishes, GRUB offers the best vegan meal in Vancouver.

Sounds so yummy – but i looked at their website and their “vegan dessert” is a WHITE CHOCOLATE strawberry cheesecake??! White chocolate is mostly milk, and unless they use soy products in copious amounts, that cheesecake will be cheese. Maybe they’re really evolved and use cashews or almonds to make cheesecake, like we vegan gourmands who are allergic to soy? Do you know? I’d love to go – just want some confirmation first…?

Thanks for the comments!
Diana — Thank YOU! That makes me very happy to hear.
Catherine — The menu on their website is just a sample menu and the vegan feature changes daily!
I would check with the chef beforehand, but they do tend to be quite gourmet and creative.
