Gourmet Raw Food Chef & Instructor Chantale Roy shows us how to make a raw Tuscan sun wrap with garlic brazil nut cheese
I was thrilled to attend the Introduction to Raw Food Cuisine course in a new series of classes offered by UBC Continuing Studies in Vancouver.
The lovely Chantale Roy began our first class by telling us she wants to seduce us…seduce us with her food. And she certainly did. Wooing us with simple, raw gourmet dishes made with organic fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds. Some of the highlights included spicy kale chips, zucchini pasta with a cashew dill cream sauce and a dreamy strawberry shortcake with coconut whipping cream. School has never been this fun or tasted this good.
