CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER FREEZER FUDGE
(Inspired by One Lucky Duck)
1 cup natural peanut butter
1/3 cup raw cacao powder
2 tablespoons coconut cream (the cream from the top of an unshaken can of coconut milk)
5 Medjool dates, pitted and soaked (keep the water)
2 tablespoons water – from the soaked dates
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon coconut oil, melted
sea salt
Combine all ingredients (except sea salt) in a food processor and blend well. Using a spatula, transfer the mixture into a pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle with sea salt. Place in the freezer until set (about 1/2 an hour). Cut into squares and serve.
