I’ve been drizzling extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar over pretty much everything lately. So I decided to try it on the strawberry-avocado combination next.
It turned out beautifully.
Avocado & Strawberries with Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 an avocado, cubed
- Balsamic vinegar, to taste
- Sea salt, to taste
- Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
In a bowl, drizzle strawberries with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Next add a sprinkle of sea salt and gently stir. Let strawberries sit while cutting avocado into cubes.
On a separate plate, place the cubed avocado. Top with strawberries and serve.
