Veggie sushi from Let’s Roll Custom Sushi Bar in Vancouver (10 pieces $7.95!)

My friend, Tammy and I are loving this place. Let’s Roll is located on Denman Street (at Davie) in Vancouver. We design our own sushi rolls and then eat them on the beach at English Bay.

There are many different fillings, toppings and sauces to pick from. This time I chose: Mixed grain rice ~ filled with avocado, mango, cucumber and red pepper ~ topped with green onions and chips. Drizzled in sweet chili sauce. Tasty!
