2010 sounds like a bold year. I’ve been thinking a lot about love, work, money and success. This year, I am determined to believe in myself! I think we all must believe in ourselves. We must. What other choice do we have?
So cheers to a fresh start, to believing in ourselves, loving ourselves, being kind, pushing past fear and chasing our passion. I’m running!

One of my greatest passions in life is to encourage people to think about where their food is coming from and give them inspiration to make healthier and more compassionate choices.
A couple of years ago I was drinking cow’s milk and eating steak until I decided to do a little research and found out the truth about its production. I think the most important thing is that we become aware. I have always loved food. I’m loving it more than ever now that I’m discovering the abundance of delicious (and healthier) dishes that don’t contain animal products.
There are still those unappealing token veg items on many menus, but options are getting better. They will continue to improve if we give our feedback and requests to the restaurants. Also, email in your veg requests to your grocery store!
We, as consumers, have the power.
